Young Entrepreneur Market offers students real-world experience selling their products, in person, to the public. The venue is a table at the Shaker Square, Crocker Park, Hudson and Countryside Farmers Markets, with a consistent presence throughout the year. The Market is open to students at Northeast Ohio schools and organizations.

Young Entrepreneur Pitch Challenge is a simple set of activities that help kids learn creativity, problem solving, critical thinking, and presentation skills. Pitch Challenge teaches kids critical workforce readiness skills and helps develop a mindset for 21st century careers whether or not they become an entrepreneur.

The Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) is a groundbreaking and exciting program that transforms local middle and high school students into real, confident entrepreneurs. Through the year-long program, students in grades 6-12 generate business ideas, conduct market research, write business plans, pitch to a panel of investors, and launch their very own companies.

Young Biz Kid Day is a fun, experiential program that teaches youth how to start, own and operate their very own business. Each year, in participating cities, youth have the opportunity to experience entrepreneurship by setting up their business during their city’s community-wide Young Biz Kid Day.

YEP (Young Entrepreneurs Program) is a hands-on summer internship program for high school students in Kansas City and Columbus that focuses on entrepreneurial thinking and development through practical experience. The working experience and exposure each student will acquire during their time with YEP makes this an internship program unlike any other.

Exploring how we can cultivate creativity, empathy, problem solving, and civic engagement skills in students to tackle “what’s now”, Youth Venture works with all factors of the education ecosystem – school districts, students, educators, and parents. Through collaborating with school districts to create strategic plans for system-level changes, working alongside educators to integrate changemaking into school curricula, and preparing parents and teachers to support youth initiatives, Youth Venture empowers students to grow into agents of change in their classrooms and communities.
