Darryl Bellamy - Saturday Keynote

Darryl Bellamy is the founder of FearLESS Inside™, a movement helping leaders embrace fear to fear LESS.

With a background in financial services and consulting, he understands how fear impacts individuals and organizations. For over a decade, he has studied fear and collected thousands of written fears from people across five generations, using these insights to teach practical strategies that help people build confidence and take action, even in uncertain and changing times.

As a keynote speaker, Darryl is known for his engaging, interactive style, making fear easier to understand and work through. His talks inspire FearLESS Moments-times when people step outside their comfort zone and take bold action. His work has helped thousands worldwide reframe fear as a tool for growth rather than a roadblock and develop the mindset needed to adapt and lead in an uncertain future.

Scott Mann - Saturday Workshop

Scott Mann is an educator, facilitator, and lifelong learner who believes that investing in young people is one of the most powerful ways to strengthen communities.

His career has followed an unexpected path—from earning a degree in Construction Science at Texas A&M University to serving as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Panama, where he discovered a passion for education, community development, and entrepreneurship.

Over the past two decades, Scott has worked in both rural and urban communities as a bilingual educator, curriculum designer, and national leader in youth entrepreneurship education. He has partnered with schools, afterschool programs, nonprofits, and community organizations across all 50 states to help young people develop the entrepreneurial mindset and skills needed to recognize opportunities, solve problems, and create value in their communities. Scott led the development of nationally recognized entrepreneurship curricula and professional learning experiences for thousands of educators.

Today, Scott lives in Austin, Texas, with his family. Whether he's facilitating a workshop, tackling a home improvement project, or delivering one of his trademark dad jokes, Scott brings curiosity, optimism, and practical strategies that inspire people to think differently about what's possible—especially when it comes to preparing the next generation of entrepreneurs.
