Celebrate National Summer Learning Week
National Summer Learning Week (July 15-19) is a week dedicated to celebrating the importance of summer learning, and is an ideal time to introduce students to entrepreneurship! YEI recognizes the many summer camps and programs that provide expanded opportunities for students to explore, identify, and develop their interests and talents, and urge you to share with your students. Check out free resources available on YIPPEE to keep your summer learning rolling!
Access Past Educator Power Hours
If you weren't able to attend some our recent Power Hours, but are still curious about what resources we shared, you can watch recordings of our past webinars online.
In June, we hosted a Power Hour, "Books to Inspire Entrepreneurial Learning," where we were joined by authors, Bree Galbraith and Brenda Turner, as well as publisher Kim Gorsuch.
As your students work on completing their summer reading, this is a great way for you to start generating ideas of how to keep the momentum going and integrate books into your classroom.
